2 small, new batches of hotsauce: a green and a red fermented jalapeño sauce. Trying some new things: fermented the peppers with only some garlic + a few chipotles in the mix for smokiness. Limited the green sauce to only salt and some onion powder for seasoning. The red has some maple syrup and a secret mix of herbs.
