Inktober 2017
In October 2017, I took part in the daily drawing exercise called #inktober and drew 31 ‘Vegetable Villains’.
Started by Jake Parker in 2009, artists all over the world take over October with their ink drawings in an effort to creatively challenge themselves, improve their inking and develop better drawing habits.

Logo design Robrecht De Nul
A penguin-based logo based around simple shapes, made to match the style of a site.
I tend to do a lot of blue-pencil sketching first, to work out concepts and then tighten a selection of those up in ink to show to the client. This one more of a fun excercise in simple but recognisable. No grand concepts, we just needed a penguin (because penguins are cool) and it had to match the style of the site (so keep it simple).

Inktober 2015
Started by Jake Parker in 2009, artists all over the world take over October with their ink drawings in an effort to creatively challenge themselves, improve their inking and develop better drawing habits. This was my take on it for 2015. I chose to taken on a theme of dinosaurs in popular media.
