Processes for digital Accessibility

As Accessibility lead, developed the processes needed to promote and implement WCAG criteria and fulfilling the EU accessibility Act in websites. Wrote and managed the documentation for these processes. This also involved guidelines for the various phases of our projects, from (pre)Sales to FA, design, development, QA and content creation. Part of this work focussed on creating awareness and doing knowledge transfer. This was done through info sessions as well as training, aimed at different audiences. This included online video, Lunch ‘n Learn, webinar, podcast, … in both Dutch and English. Resulting video and slide decks became part of the documentation for sales, analysts and dev teams.
